Refund Eligibility, Non-Refundable Items, and Hardware Returns BEAN OF INDIA GLOBAL EXIM LLP allows customers to evaluate the QukPOS software through free trials; therefore, once a subscription plan is purchased and the license is activated, payments are generally treated as non-refundable and non-cancellable for that billing cycle. Specific items, including software license keys, one-time setup fees, and consumable products like thermal paper rolls (once opened), are strictly classified as non-refundable. However, for physical hardware purchases such as thermal printers or barcode scanners, we offer a replacement or refund policy solely in cases where the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for such a return, you must report the issue to our support team within 3 days of delivery, ensuring the item remains unused and in its original packaging.

Cancellation Procedures and Processing Timelines You may cancel your software subscription at any time via the application settings or by contacting support; however, to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle, you must initiate the cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled auto-renewal date. We do not charge any specific cancellation fees, but we also do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing term if you cancel mid-cycle. In the specific event that a refund is approved by us (due to a technical billing error or a valid hardware return), the refund will be initiated within 2 business days and the amount will reflect in your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
