Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation and Digital Goods We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have a customer-friendly cancellation policy. You may cancel your QukPOS software subscription at any time directly through the application settings or by contacting our support team; however, to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle, cancellation requests must be initiated at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date. Since QukPOS provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software licenses), we generally do not provide refunds once the subscription is active and the service has been accessed. We strongly encourage users to utilize free trial periods to evaluate the software before purchasing. In exceptional cases where a charge was made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of BEAN OF INDIA GLOBAL EXIM LLP.

Hardware Returns and Refund Processing If you purchase physical hardware (such as thermal printers or barcode scanners) directly from us, you may request a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. You must report such issues to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery; requests made after this period may not be entertained. If a refund is approved for either software or hardware, the amount will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the customer's original credit card, debit card, or bank account. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your specific bank's processing speed.
